Am I the only one to find the impatience pathetic lately?
In the cold light of day what we need is news on who is going to produce the much anticipated "big orders from big names". So far we have no idea. No analyst can calculate who will be billing what if it ever comes to fulfilment of those wet dreams. Meanwhile any and every pumping effort will just be seen as what it is: embarrasing at the least!
Oh yeah, of course I'd love to be filthy rich rather today than tomorrow. Why don't they give us "big names, big orders"? Is this the real Question? Or should we remain in some sort of connection with reality?
"We own POET and we want..." just doesn't get us to riches. When will we ever learn? And what has this got to do with the ever praised "DD" here on this forum? Sofa skills we have in aboundance. Real business skills seem to be scarcer. Oh, not meaning to disqualify the ones that there are! It's more about timelines, about what to announce first, about being Canadian instead of US ...
May be our manufacturing partner will be in the US. Where will the shareholders go? Or will it be Singapore? Hard to find on the map, or even Europe,"terra incognita" for most US-Investors, apart from the Eiffel Tower and the HofbrÀuhaus - what will it mean for POET? I am dead sure Mgmt are giving all this a lot more thought than our "just-make-us-rich-instantly-or-else-fraction".
Sorry for this rather unpleasant post. I will remain long and strong. It's only that the cold light of day should not be ignored. The news we are longing for may be just around the corner. Mgmt. is certainly busy working on it. Let them do their job. Just stop pretending anyone of us would be so much smarter than them.
Looking forward to a bright POET future and wishing all of us a happy life 'till we get there!
