I think it improbable and very unlikely that Suresh or Vivek will ever purchase shares on the open market. Suresh, because he is just not a market guy and the concept of insider buying is not on his radar and Vivek because he would rather use other peoples money instead of his own. TM does a bit of tokenism and the board mambers seem reluctant to step up at this time.
