This doesn't make sense.....Poet was trading at much less than $7 U.S  in early May ?? 

Of interest is the fact that G.Riley earlier in the month, 5 May, also bought 3163 shares at US$8.47.

 On 25 May he bought  5000 at US5.83... A drop of US$2.64 in 20 days. Makes good sense to average down- and good to see Insider buying at long last.
