Great post, Cotton!  The stat that struck me the most was the 88% of money in existence today was printed in the last two years. No way to know for sure if that's accurate, but it sure could be. Is that limited to the US or a global stat?  

Add to that the massive increase in the "value" of residential real estate at least in the US, and we've created quite a lofty perch. Hang on!!
