If you did your own deep DD, all your questions / concerns would be comfortably answered!!

POET would not get significant orders if the supply chain was not in place to deliver.

Customers will need that assurance in advance of PO's. That would include quality, cost, delivery timelines, volumes etc ..... this is supply chain basics !!

So orders would be very significant and signal "wheels up" and away we go.
