And on the ongoing TM bashing? From time to time I've taken shots at management but have always tried to keep it balanced and hopefully never personal. Mazan we've talked in the past and I know you're a stand-up kind of guy but when you make things personal and continually punch someone in the mouth then there should be a reasonable expectation to get punched back.
