On page 23 of the 2021 annual report you will see that salaries for key personnel totaled $1, 782,297 which is spread over more than 5 and possibly up to 9  senior management staff. Clearly, they are not "paying themselves 7 figure salaries".  Staff is highly underpaid relative to industry levels.

Option based compensation was another $2,077,333.  Even including this, one does not get to 7 figures. Funny how some will regard stock options as pay equivalents and yet complain once staff monetizes this "pay" by exercising into shares that they then sell.
