I know they should have updated the website, I am a fullstack dev and it's not that hard to update. BUT for a company like POET, it could cost them $50k+ for the new website if they start it from scratch. 

If they do it, they better be sure of how they want it. Even for small businesses, it could take a year before having a new website.

People are mad against the current website but when you compare with LWLG it's not that bad.

It's ok if they don't want to spend 50K on a new website. But at least, they better be sure to keep their website constantly up to date.

If I have one think to ask them, it would be to make a clear Business-Update of the current situation:

I know Q1 with Q&A was only 3 weeks ago, but clearly a lot of questions were left in the dark and last update was on Apr-2022.
