Your examples are harsh without you and everyone else on this forum having the parameters with which to assess management performance.

Share price may be a shareholder's only basis for measurement but that in and of itself is very short sighted. I'm as unhappy as many with the share price but so much of this is well beyond the control of management.

Opening a discussion on the communication policy perhaps, but a knee jerk call for the head of the CFO etc is uncalled for and best left up to the BOD. Furthermore, suggesting SV be moved to CTO only suggests to me that your intentions here are nothing more than malicious disruption and bandwagon mentality.
