Pelle01...Suresh joined this company with the goal to develop a technology that could unite photonics with electronics in a platform that can achieve a simplified integration at high volume, low cost, high performance all at a footprint that allows for miniaturization. Tiny and powerful, "a work of art". That is what this team has achieved. People have continued to put pressure on management to do more. To bring it to production quicker when the reality is that they have brought it to this point of readiness far quicker than is typical and all under difficult conditions.  

I would suggest that people quit whinning every day about what you think they are doing wrong and embrace what they are doing right. Because it is all these things they are doing right that will determine the future of this company and this platform. 

It is a work of art and you will never see anything this small. The results of which are very predictable. Their simulations equal reality. They can build products based on a clear understanding of the outcome.

Look around and tell me who has achieved such a feat in such a short period of time. Did you read that article on lightwave logic? If you have not then you should do so and maybe you will appreciate the path that POET is on.
