BoD Seats

I am curious in this comment from today's NR, As part of that upcoming meeting, we will be proposing to shareholders an increase in the size of the Board and appointment of Theresa.

Mr. Listwin resigned from the BoD July 2021, and to my knowledge a replacement has never been made. So why the reason to increase the size when a seat is open? Can we expect another potential partner/customer wants a seat?

Happy to hear thoughts on this if I am missing something about increasing the size of the BOD.
