I have a couple of questions for you as I am interested to know:-

1. who are the "we" you refer to ?

2. What are you "looking for in a Poet investor at this time" ?

3. Are you actively looking for Poet investors yourselves, because you feel Poet is not doing an adequate job itself  ?

 Having been a shareholder for quite a time now I have never heard of any restriction being placed on who can be a shareholder, or not, in Poet or, in fact, in any other company.

If memory serves me correctly Mazan has been one of the biggest financial supporters of the company in times of need,when funding was badly needed and exercised options/warrants when the company needed funds again.

If you had 10 more Mazans investing in the company we would not be at the miserable price we are at today. I personally applaud his resilience as a shareholder despite all the "slings and arrows of outrageous" criticism.
