Thanks Rainer. You have always been good at providing a logical and well balanced response. 

It is remarkable how quickly POET has been able to develop this platform and at a fraction of the cost and time that is typical within industry. It does not seem that long ago that Suresh and Tom spoke with Mr and Ms Tombot and myself at the D Wave Empire Club presentation. Suresh knew that they had something very important that industry needed for optical integration. Even then he knew that the dielectric stack had the ability to make very close connections between electrical and photonic circuits, minimizing  power requirements without creating noise. His excitement was very obvious: they had developed a fabric that provided a level of connectivity that could transform how photonics are integrated with electronics in a very simplified and cost effective manner.

They have always cautioned that it was up to them to execute. And they have. We are on the verge of seeing the success of that development in a life cycle that will be around for a very long time.
