Not necessarily.  Institutional reporting occurs quarterly, with filing due 45 days after the end of the quarter.  Previous deadline was May 15, and the next is August 15th.  Most seem to wait until the final week or two to report.  Therefore,  they could be accumulating as we speak, moving slowly to keep SP from rising as they go, but we won't find out for another 6-8 weeks.
