People throw around billions as if they were nothing. Heck, you can still buy homes in LA for under a billion!  ;)

I would welcome a one billion dollar buyout at this point.  Maybe not in 5 or 6 months, if high quantity orders start materializing, as that would wipe away a good part of risk. But for now, I'd be happy with a billion.
