A very rational post Baba.

What is important for this company and for us as shareholders is for POET to remain compliant in all jurisdictions they operate in and to continue progressing in a coordinated manner across those many locations. China, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, the US…No small feat for such a small company. 

Are they getting everything right? How can they…no one is perfect but they certainly have a dedicated group of shareholders with some who appear to have found it their mission to focus on everything they think is wrong as they recruit members for their firing squad.

Very sad to see. They don't want to talk about all the good things management is doing and help promote all the advancements they are making. All the inroads to proliferate the technology.

It is sad that people have to be so focused on finding fault. Again, there is always room for questions and no one is perfect but the pitchforks that some want to use are just wrong. 

POET is still a young company and they are making good and steady progress. They are being recognized by industry as taking a very realistic path to providing a solution for the semiconductor world for low cost high performance optical integration. 

Are they perfect? No, of course not. 

Please put the pitchforks away and recognize the advancements that are taking place and give credit where credit is due. It is easier to tear down a house than to build one.
