Some think the Board here is divided. That's not a recent thing, and it's not necessarily unhealthy.

What is unhealthy is the Constant attacks on Management. This is damaging to everyone concerned.

I suggest this, as a group lets discuss a way of Communicating with Management in a Professional way. We have Adrian on this Board, I am sure he will be happy to discuss with Management.

Something as simple as a 30 minute Chat with Management a month. It's in everyone's interest. 

We are mostly loyal shareholders here. Unfortunately some prefer to attack first, without trying to find a Solution first.
