Rockley Insiders hold 32.5 million shares. POET Insiders hold 209,510.

Rockley had been able to successfully raise hundreds of millions in capital while POET has struggled with raising funds.

My opinion, POET is light years ahead on the technology side, but far inferior outside of the lab on the business end.
