I respectfully disagree...all the indices have stabilized and gone up quite a few percent...even our friend LWLG...on the same exchange we are on has almost went up 100 % in the last month and a half...in fact its hard to find stocks that are at or very near 52 week low...even if we would form a base i would feel better.

I know one thing..after all this pain..IF we do a financing down here all this crap will have been for nothing...we were not ready for Nasdaq as far as im concerned and untill the company tells me there reasoning to rush here i will maintain that attitude..
