If I were to guess, it looks like Oppenheimer is about to take a large position in POET! If that's the case, this is great news. One, becasue they see the potential and two, becasue once they do, they will continue to buy which will drove up the share price. They won't take a position to have the share price drop.

Normally it's pretty dull in the summer, but it won't be this year. This will be your last chance to get a few more cheap shares if Oppenheimer is buying in.
