In my opinion if our CEO Suresh knows that cash is not at the forefront as his concern, then they must know approximately the timing of event(s) that will remove any need to publish that STANDARD disclosure in their official reporting.

Exactly my thinking, monolithic! That could mean he is rather certain to make some of revenue well before the end of the runway is reached. It could also mean a bridge loan of some sort, including debentures. A couple of millions would suffice. Betting on warrants and options is very uncertain at current market conditions.
