We can't know that but I do think that perspective needs to be there if an argument is made. And if the target valuation is made strictly on peer multiples and not on the fundamental strength of the underlying business, you have to be concious of where the peer multiples are before making a suggestion that the target price reduction reflects any fundamental flaw in the company.
