Could it be that a ridiculous target like that is a final attempt to nudge the share price lower .Could it be they expect a financing and want to get in on the cheap. Would be very interesting to know if they have been shorting down the stock and now want to cover with this bad rating from them..

Where are the respected Nasdaq analyst reports we were supposed to attract after uplisting..lol
