I can see the disconnect in your thinking. It has always been stated and it is even in Poet's roadmap for that they are going to market with the 100G first. That happens to be through the JV. Why? Because there is a big market in China for that. For NA, Europe and the rest of the non-Chinese world, Poet is looking to make imprints in the 400G space and beyond. Why? Because this attracts the very big companies YOU are hoping for. What do the news releases of Poet say about 400G and beyond this year? How close to demonstrating this is Poet? What do you think might follow after these demonstrations are done? Does your thinking connect with those probabilites in the nearer term now because Poet may be ready?

I ignore most of the negative mailroom rated posters here because they only show up en-masse when the share price drops and they disappear or post a lot less when the share price rises. So you can draw your own conclusions about those wanting cheaper shares and those that do not.
