If there are more POET management and BOD members who plan to follow Suresh's lead there are additional logistics that have to be met associated with US citizens exercising Canadian warrants. So it would likely take some time to arrange. The one thing that is for certain is that this kind of  activity to exercise out of the money warrants is really all about finding some way to wake up the investor base as to how undervalued this stock is. People can say they know the answer as to why this stock is undervalued and blame it on management but at this point in time they are on the verge and people need to stop selling out of fear or whatever is motivating them. This is really the only way to demonstrate in a way that should not be confusing to anyone. Of course the money does actually flow to the company when this is done but it does nothing to expand the option pool.

Plain and simple people should recognize the confidence that POET insiders have in the future of this  company being demonstrated by this action. These people know what is coming and this is the best way they have of showing it.
