So, the tech seems iron clad. They have some customers in the works.

For me, the big question is what is going on with the JV? They are relatively close to producing so I assume they have to test the facility prior to any big runs.

If it's operating successfully, what is a $50 milion dollar factory worth? Do any of the tech saavy know of a factory that could be considered comparable?
