The JV was valued at about $50 million. I think (from memory) it was $26 million in cash from Sanaan and tech valued at $24 million from Poet. Likely a bunch of that $26 million cash was to be spent on the factory. So maybe the factory is worth $20 million, assuming it is now built out as initially contemplated.
