Just received the voting forms for the AGM and I notice that we will no longer be voting for Mohandas Warrior as a director.

I presume he is leaving to make room for Michal Lipson and Theresa Lan Ende so that there will be seven directors of Poet.

Also, what will the special meeting be about?
