HOGAN Junior, those links are very interesting. As a minimum it is worth looking deeper into the possible connections.

I recall that ohiotom123 did post about this back on February 13, 2022

Below is a copy of that post.

POET / Celestial / Koch

If the multinational conglomerate named Koch Industries is calling out for faster data movement, then nothing other than bleeding-edge technology that works would interest them.

Koch Disruptive Technologies (part of Koch Industries) just made their fourth investment in Celestial AI and they are also part of Celestial's BOD.

Koch Industries operates seven global networks that include 700 sites in 70 countries and for a company like that to use the technology of tiny no-name company (Celestial) speaks volumes about just how good POET's proprietary technology is.

POET Technologies becoming a supplier of optical interposer-based integrated light engine modules to Celestial AI will be success and excellence by association as POET will disappear within their Photonic Fabric platform, but people, we are in the game and this can only help us.

“The customized Optical Interposer platform that we have co-developed with POET is among the most advanced of its kind in high-speed computing,” said David Lazovsky, founder and CEO of Celestial AI. “

POET is oozing with synergy potential and Celestial AI confirms it.

Side note:

Koch Industries bought Molex in 2013.  Molex is a direct module supplier to Broadcom.
