This is definitely a critical juncture in the company's history and it would be an act of disrespect to the shareholders to not have a face to face agm in my opinion. We are past covid and there are no restrictions to large gatherings and if it's a matter of doing it online to save money, then I'm sure some here could come up with some ideas on how to save funds to make up for the added expense.
