Walconst: I thought there was supposed to be a demo of a 400G TX at the CIOE?

As far as I remember, they said they try hard to have a demo at the CIOE. The CIOE was postponed, no new date announced so far. So chances are good that the get it done until CIOE :-)

The tweet today was about (half an) 1,6TB RX OE. The 400G RX is already working, so it´s important to have two or four of them working as a combined OE.

Next step: 400G TX (DML)

Next step: combined 2 and 4 x 400G TX (maybe not necsessary as an intermediate step?)

Next step: complete 1, 2 and 4 x 400G TXRX => The complete 400G, 800G and 1,6 TB optical engine.

Thats my understanding...
