No one knows where the share price will be tomorrow or by the AGM, or the end of this year or any other year. 

The lack of announcements of things we reasonably expected to be announced by now is likeky the tech taking more time to customize and perfect than optimistically thought.  I'm thinking there's been back and forth with companies which have samples. Tweak this, tweak that. 

Always takes longer than anticipated.

Don't think we can get a reasonable commercial loan at this point.  

Asking warrant holders to exercise this far underwater is not gonna work out.
