Debenture holders have advised me it will be lucrative if the company ends up in a weak financial position and needs to ask these same shareholders to do a deal again.

I would imagine they will need to get a nice peek into the Kimono for that scenario to work again. A peek that would answer many of the long-standing who-what-where-when questions we've all been yearning to know.

Hopefully the lucre that will sated won't come in the form of share dilution.
