MooresLaw, I find your flurry of posts (over 20 in 3 days so far since joining 4 days ago) interesting.  Among the highlights: 

• Saying Dave and FJ noted “we’re one NR away from $11 USD” however it seems you’re the one continually pushing this as fact –  I believe what FJ actually said was “If significant announcements are made prior to the AGM that moves the share price higher than $11 then options should be set higher”.  There is a massive difference between FJ’s conditional hypothesis (FJ even referred to it as a “notion” provided by Lumenge) and you reframing/repeating the “we are one NR from financial slam dunk” message which seems incredibly misleading. 
• “If we understand that the share price will easily return to $11.00 USD here in the near term, a financial advisor might say to people like Vivek, if you exercise these you will save a lot in taxes and can lock in some nice benefits”  Do we understand that? How??
• When I challenged this being positioned as fact, I got “PM me…I have a few things to share on my insights from looking at the adoption of POET's tech in the industry right now…This is going to be special.”  (no response yet, but I’m still curious to hear from you!) 

I can’t help but feel you’re insinuating having concrete inside info about some kind of imminent fireworks show.  In only 3 days you’ve repeated the $11 USD before AGM message numerous times.  I sure hope you’re right, and please forgive me but is this purely conjecture, or what?

Given we seem so close to a convergence of lynchpin events (announcement due dates, market dynamics, investor sentiment, cash position, production timelines etc. etc.) I'm more resistant to conjecture now than ever.  Most sincerely, please advise!
