I don't know that CFO's bear the responsibility for maintaining or increasing the market cap. They are responsible for making sure the company has, or has access to, the funds necessary to keep the lights on.
I don't think TM has done a bad job of that at all. when it comes to dilution, I think he's done as well as could be expected, even from the rabid Agoracomers.
For the sake of share price and of widely publicizing Poet, a CEO like Musk would be better, with Suresh as CTO and chairman of the board. Guys like Musk aren't so easy to find.
Does any really think that "a position of strength" and uplisting were just TM's idea? And if there were his slogan/idea, do you not think they were embraced by Suresh, and members of the BOD?
