There's probably a couple of hundred Agoracomers who post and/or follow Poet here.  Lots of them are over 60 and own (too) many shares. Sometimes people need money.  Selling Poet stock is one way to raise it, especially if there's not much else to sell.  

The problem is, there isn't sufficient buying interest to allow such sales without the share price moving down. 

The hope is that someday there will be genuine and significant interest in acquiring Poet stock. But until then, there's not a lot of support.
