I hope as well, that current (last few months) sellers won't be able to participate in a PP. As, they caused this low SP to an extent. If they would have kept the shares, warrants would be in the money and POET better off with a higher PP price and less dilution as well as with money from warrant conversion. The favor asked from management has not been followed, as warrants are out of money due to those actions.

I sure hope that management can see that, and that those shareholders are not acting in the best interest of POET, selling the SP down. As it also could put POET in danger, running out of money.

Therefore, POET hopefully has learned the lesson and doesn't let those sellers be part on any financing using the money from their sold shares.

I hope they need to buy them back as the PP is for another strong institutional investor ala Marc Lustig.

Nothing against any shareholders here, but complaining about the SP on one hand and trying to tie hands of the company, with that behavior, on the other hand is just not right IMO.

And, yes, I know that this is the financial market and not a fairy tale. And I think this post will be deleted, but it's my opinion and the best for longterm holders, that keep their shares and don't "force" the SP down for their own benefit and endanger the company like that.
