I believe Poet feels SPX can handle the initial orders that will take place. Vivek mentions in his video on the Poet website that SPX is ready to produce 1,000s and and tens of thousands per month. 

I also believe and I may be wrong but I think the Singapore location can also produce the product.

Again. In this entire process of development. Suresh and his team have been very forward thinking. They have created multiple paths to keep them from being backed into a corner. 

When the time and necessity arises to accomodate for manufacturing capacity. I have no doubts a plan will be in place well before hand.
