Great take Ohiotom, I am only wondering we can't have the likes like Koch investing into POET. If the dots can be connected, wouldn't it make sense that Koch would participate in a PP and/or buy shares as an institutional investor via the market?

But unfortunately that seems not to be the case. So, why?
