After seeing the options granted I am left wondering, at what point does the company cut ties with directors? Are they still providing the value they once (?) did? It seems like more than half of the directors received a less than convincing percentage of the votes. The majority of these votes are likely voted FOR, in abstention, which even furthers my point. See the clear results below:

It looks like those four directors who received a hefty percentage of votes withheld at least were given fewer options than the rest, see below:
