At the PP closing if the strike price is less than the current share price which it is almost likely to be then the share price will take a hit.

I can't see them pricing it at over $4 

The PP started over three weeks ago so the strike price should be about $3.50

When it is announced the shre price will dip to $3.50 or there abouts.

Just my opinion, hope I am wrong.
