The PP is a good deal, and congrats to those longs able to qualify! 

perhaps!.but the timing of this PP boggles my mind.

 if it's such a good deal ,I find it hard to grasp as to why, they were only able to fill half ,over what seems to have been a period of approximately 3 weeks.

surely, they must  have a fair list of accredited investors,who participated in much larger raises in the past..

and why wouldn't the Institutional investor jump in on the opportunity ?
