So it was waived because they couldn't attract enough interest to fill the PP.  Not a good look for a company supposedly on the cusp of greatness.  Sorry, it does seem odd no, because this a sober real world response to where people perceive we are, if there is easy money to be made-as we are supposedly coiled to explode- why the trouble finding takers?  Just throwing it out there, I don't get "negative" or "positive" predispositions here, I just react to the facts as they roll out.  Again, this leaves me slightly concerned.
