Post doesn't say POET is inside. Says:

"FiberTop in China makes and sells transceivers. They will use Poets optical engines starting in first half of 2023.

Interesting information on this Alibaba site. Shows the various first tier transceiver OEM’s that FiberTop is interchangeable with, pricing etc."
