With future news that elevates our share price, institutional buying will begin an accumulation phase in ernest where substantial shares will be bought and held.  When our price is higher and we are seen as more stable and predictable, they will come.  They are like us where they wish to be compensated for the risk that they are taking on, but unlike us, they don't tend to buy too early.
