It seems quite obvious (mho) by where the sp is at (and has been at) and the continued constant supply of shares near that price that there are still a few, or maybe many, shareholders selling to take advantage of the PP offering. It closes on Dec. 2nd. Once that's over( or they're satisfied) I think we'll quickly make our way back up and have news to help us along the way. Just a thought but I'm adding every chance I get.
