Will the upward pressure every come? It seems very hard for management to attract any new investors or capital.

Also the acceleration clause is just mere 15% over current SP levels.

I don't like the taste as much but what can we do. We need a better Rolodex and maybe contacts like LWLG and/or Rockley. 
A white night ala Marc Lustig or even like Sheldon in the early days.
