Well put Oiposter. Tom cleary wants to avoid dilution with this move by toping up shortfall from recent small private raise. I really wish though, he had extended by only 30 days  rather than 3 months  given significant reduction in strike price. They should be banking on accelleration clause kicking with some share price moving NRs in early part of the year. ( this is a must do imo)

Market still waiting for the earlier Poet communicated 4 new product releases by end of year 2022. Note Suresh said on the Openheimer call it would be a ''few" products released by end of year. He emhasized significant announcements in Jan with regards to 800g.
