Yes it is as Marc participated in that PP. But also for management who bought in as well.

But Marc, didn't buy further shares in the open market or the last PP, as far as we know.

So, I wouldn't see him yet as a White Knight or angle investor. He bought way more shares in other Canadian companies and even went over the 5% threshold in those. If he would do the same here, wouldn't that be great and show confidence and support?
