Ummmm, maybe or maybe not.  I don't know about you, but I only know what i am doing. Take nothing for granted around what other market players may or may not do because they don't necessarily think the same way you do.  Sometimes investors go massively overweight and sell some on the way out of the hole capturing a small tax loss along the way although net, they reduced the cost base by buying so much....  In short, we have no idea what strategy various traders may have.
